  2. Receive a confirmed timeThe clinic will reply with an available appointment.
  3. Bring your recordsPrevious prescriptions, reports, discharge summaries and a list of current medicines.
  4. Come with support if you wishA family member or friend is welcome to join, with the patient's agreement.
